The 5-Step Admissions Process

STEP 1: Prepare the following documents:

a. Authentic copy or certified true copy of academic records with the latest grade ratings. (If written in another language, an English translation should be included).
b. Certified true copy of birth certificate.
c. Photos: 5 copies of passport size.
d. A letter if the school fees are to be paid by a company.
e. Foreign Applicants should also prepare the following;
Copy of the passport that shows:
- Applicant's picture, date of birth, passport number
- Date of issue and expiry date

STEP 2: Pay the application fee

a. Pay the application fee at the cashier's office. (applicable to new students only and non-refundable)
b. Present the receipt to the Admission Office and obtain the Set of Admission Package;

-Application and Health Record Forms
-Terms and Conditions of Admissions
- School Fees and Payment Schedule
- School Calendar

STEP 3: Submission
 
a. Submit the Application Form and Health Record Form-B together with the required documents stated in STEP 1.

STEP 4: Interview and Assessment Process

Upon submission of all the requirements, the application documents will be evaluated by the Admission Officer. Depending on the recommendation, the children will be invited to come for an assessment and interview. The assessment
will focus on academic potential. English proficiency and social maturity. It will involve a range of testing procedures in accordance to the applicants age group. Parents will be interviewed as well by the Directress.

STEP 5: Registration and Enrollment

a. Letter of Acceptance will be issued to accepted applicants.
b. For foreign students: Certificate of Acceptance will be given for their application of Special Study Permit from Bureau of Immigration. (Inquire from the Admissions Office for the requirement for SSP)
c. Since the number of students per class is limited, those accepted urged to make a slot reservation. (The slot reservation fee is part of the total tuition fee.)
d. Before coming to the school to enroll, call the Admission Office for the exact assessment of school fees.
e. Proceed to the Admission Office. A parent of guardian authorized to sign the enrollment form, should accompany the accepted applicant. Admission office will assist in the enrollment process.
